Treatability Testing
Meridian’s treatability lab can provide valuable design information for remediation and wastewater treatment system projects. We design studies to evaluate various treatment schemes for soil, groundwater or wastewater media and then use screening analytical tools to narrow our focus. Final engineering design parameters based on treatment schemes with the best performance are sent to a certified analytical laboratory for confirmation. Treatability studies can also be used to troubleshoot poorly performing treatment systems at industrial facilities and to evaluate industrial byproducts for alternative uses to avoid disposal costs.
